Payments

Refunds
Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from https://desparalife.com/ . If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@desparalife.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds will only be issued if the product is unused and in its original condition.
Cancellation
Customers have 12 hours after making a purchase to request a cancellation, and we will process a full refund. After this time, your order will be in production and cannot be modified, except for the shipping address. We can still correct or modify your shipping address before the order is shipped.
